Why I do not write:
My writing sucks.
Its one on the many things I'm trying to improve.
Critical essays? Its been a while but hand me a thesaurus and I'm away.
Minutes? I can take minutes at the speed of twenty chattering building surveyors, and write them up in my sleep.

But fiction? With dialogue?

I try to assuage my guilt by commenting. Which I promise to do more than I have been.
